This one takes you on a stroll 🚶 through an orchard after a hard rain — with aromas of funky apple 🍎 and a touch of citrus 🍊 from the coriander seed 🌰

The first sip's like bobbing for Granny Smith apples 🍏 in a tub of citrus 🍋🍊 bright and tart. But the bready grain 🥖 gives your mouth some comfort before the perfect amount of salinity 🧂 shines through on the finish 🏁

Slightly higher carbonation has all of the flavors tap-dancing 💃 on your tastebuds 😜

Why it works for blending: the acidity of the Gose really brightens up the Hazy 🟡 making the citrus shine through, and adds a little funk to the Belgian 🔴 putting on an almost Saison disguise
